Army Container Asset Management System (ACAMS):

The purpose of the Army Container Asset Management System (ACAMS) is to provide the Army with a web-based container asset management system to include inventory control and maintenance management. ACAMS is a web-based software application that supports the Army Intermodal and Distribution Platform Management Office's (AIDPMO) management of all Army-owned and Army-Leased Container Assets. ACAMS also issues and maintains the official repository of all DOD ISO container numbers.

Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES):

The Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES) is a joint decision-support system developed to assist users with the staging and load-planning requirements for multiple military and commercial modes of transportation. ICODES incorporates intelligent tools for staging, conveyance load-planning and multi-modal planning designed and implemented in compliance with the principles of a service-oriented architecture and operating within a collaborative environment. ICODES enables users to plan and track cargo stowage for air, ocean, rail, and truck in a single system that affords the capability of one time entry of the data. It enables the joint community to easily create exchange and interpret cargo movement plans through a single software application. Other features assist users by providing high quality alternative solutions to complex load planning problems. ICODES integrates multiple knowledge-based expert systems, data storage, and a graphical user interface within a distributed and collaborative operational environment providing global services to the operating forces.

Integrated Mission Support for Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (ISDDC):

ISDDC is an integrated environment that is a collection of data acquisition and business intelligence reporting applications developed to provide centralized, standardized information access solutions for the Command and its customers. These applications manage the collection and integration of disparate data sources into a single repository using SDDC defined business rules. Using these applications, DoD end users can gain a composite view of SDDC transportation operations without having to go to more than one source. This application provides a set of web-based reporting tools for use by all qualified users, thereby fostering a better understanding within the shipper, transporter, planner and management communities. Query Reporting Tools are provided to allow the end user to design customized tabular summary or detail reports by choosing columns, filter criteria, and sort order. On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) reporting tools allow the user to browse through data from multiple perspectives, conducting analysis on-demand. DoD transportation program areas currently supported include:

  • FREIGHT: Freight reporting tools allow the user to report on all DoD freight shipments moving by air, truck, rail, pipeline, or barge, with the exception of express shipments. The data source for this information is the Global Freight Management (GFM) Unidata system which stores shipment related data from the GFM operational systems, the Air Force Cargo Movement Operations System (CMOS), and the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution Standard System (DSS) as it is received and/or processed by SDDC. Detailed information about freight shipments picked up on or after fiscal year 2002 is accessible through these tools for generating a variety of summary and detail reports.

  • OCEAN CARGO: Ocean Cargo reporting tools are provided for users to generate a variety of reports about DoD ocean cargo shipments transported into our out of the USCENTCOM AOR. Data about these shipments is received from a variety of sources including the Worldwide Port System (WPS) and the Integrated Booking System (IBS). Detailed information about ocean cargo shipments departing from the Port of Embarkation (POE) on or after fiscal year 2002 can be accessed and reported on using these reporting tools.
