The CASCOM and SCoE G-8 formulates, allocates, administers, and reviews the utilization of CASCOM and SCoE funding and manpower programs to execute CASCOM and SCoE missions, and serves as principal advisor to the CG, commandants, CASCOM and SCoE’s command and staff on finance, resource, and management matters.
